F. Jason Overstreet, P.E.
President
Jason has over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, having been involved with the planning, permitting, and design of public and private sector projects including water, sewer, storm water, bridges, and roadways. He has experience with various state and federal funding agencies and their programs including SRF, USACE, DMR, MDEQ, MSDH and FEMA/MEMA.
Before establishing Overstreet and Associates, PLLC (OA), in 2018 Jason began his career working for a local engineering company (A. Garner Russell & Associates) in 1998, eventually becoming a full partner in 2016. He has been involved in a wide range of projects which include planning and study phase services, project development, the design for preparation of construction drawings and specifications, and project and construction management. Also, Jason has worked as Project Engineer responsible for all design phase engineering and construction contract administration on various projects, including recovery projects for various cities along the Mississippi Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina among others.
